Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with details of your purchase and we will investigate the matter. We recommend keeping all documentation related to your purchase and return until the matter is fully resolved.
